I placed an order online at the website kegkits.com for a beer kegging kit and some upgrades, and paid using my Paypal.com account. After weeks of no delivery, and no response to emails or phone calls, I filed a dispute with Paypal. The proprietor, Tom Hargrave, then responded, and sent a partial order, minus 2 kegs which he claimed were on backorde
