I paid for one of their products... They took my money. And never gave me the product. Except they give me plenty of excuses!

I ordered a feminist shirt from coyote's corner almost a year ago, I even paid extra for it to be rush delivered. I never received the shirt, when I called them to ask they gave an excuse about having it back ordered and told me that I would get it in 2 months. I still did not receive the shirt, I called and e-mailed the company again, they gave me another excuse... About 6 months later I was fed up and reported them to the BBB.
They called me and said it was a mix up... And that I would receive the shirt right away!!! That was about 4 months ago. They had no problem taking my money. That was taken instantly, which scares me to see where their true priority lies.
Since I have not received a shirt or a refund I'll have to report them again. This embarrasses me because they proudly state that they are a feminist (female owned) company. As a feminist myself it pisses me off how awful they're making feminists look.
