N. Pasha esq who can i trust?

About 11 months ago i had been layed of from my job and i was relying on my husbands income to support my family, while i desperatly was seeking new employment. Obviosly with the economy the way it is i fell behind on my mortgage (like most of us in this situation). I am not someone that doesnt keep myself informed through research, and i called my bank to see if they could help me, and i got no response numerous times. After this i was desperate and I went on line to look for help. I found numerous companies. I filled out a form, immediatly after, i was bombarded with loan modification companies and attorneys constantly calling me. I finally spoke with Mr. Pasha and he said he could help me and that his law firm does this all the time. He some how gave me a wonderful sales pitch and the next thing you know I was sending him a check for 4,000 to help me get a 2 percent rate, and out of foreclosure. Soon after i paid him i never heard a word, after emails texts and messages. I then was informerd of the new law that says that attorneys can not accept fees upfront for a modifiation in the state of California, and it was at that point that i knew i was scammed. I finally got a part time job and luckily the bank help me on a repayment plan. About 2 weeks ago on a hunch i type in N PASHA ESQ THE PASHA LAW FIRM Sand diego in google and miraculosly this attorney is back in business when i could get him on the phone. His website claims that he now helps people that get scammed? What irony! He has a list of companies that are on his bogus website that are scamming people when he is the all time scammer! I will be letting the Attorney general know this... PLease dont trust this guy!!!
