Dish Network This company shows favortism and allows sexual abuse!

I worked for the company West for a little less then 5 months. While in training we learned absolutly nothing that would help us with the job description. The trainer found absolutly any thing she could to fire someone. It was ridiculous. I felt like I was walking on egg shells the whole intire time I was there. After training was over and the rest of the class (which was very little people left) we were put in on the job training where every one was pretty much clueless on what to do since we learned nothing in training. The whole intire time the ojt people were be littled by the upper class employees. Any time a question was asking I was made out to be stupid. I compained a couple of times about this but nothing was ever done. After I finally learned the outgoing call method and what was needed to be done I was promoted to floor support/supervisor (which was nothing special, just got you off the phone for 4 hours, most of the time) when I was on fs the higher up fs always tryed making me look like I did not know what I was doing. The supervisor Manager, Pedro always harrassed me about a medical condition that I had with my back and was constently asking me to get my back fixed. I was always being harrassed by certain people on fs and nothing was ever done about it. I literally hated my life while working there and dreaded every day I had to spend being there. Which is very sorry to say. There came a point during the job period that I had a coach harrassing me and always being rude to me. I got fed up with it and complained multiple times about him. Since Pedro the supervisor who controled the complaints did not like him there was something done about the situation and I was asked to fill out a witness statement, soon after I was fired. The reason they gave me for being let go was that I had agreed with a customer while on a phone call. The customer was complaining about not getting signal since she lived in a snowy area. She asked me why would she want dish if she never got signal when it snowed, and it always snowed in her area. I agreed with her and said "I understand, I would not want dish if I lived in the snow either." and that was the reason I was let go. No body ever last long with that company unless you in a certin "click" I would never suggest any one to work there cause you would hate it very much! I hate DISH
