Known Counterfeit Website for UGG Boots

I recently purchased a pair of UGG boots from this customer and the sizing was off and the look was a little different from my current ones. I have been emailing for days to try and return them like the website claims I can do but have received nothing but grief. I can only exchange, then they say I can return at my cost plus they will deduct their origianl $30 shipping to me - the basic run around and no money back. I have pursued a complaint with PayPal which they closed and claim there is nothing they can do since when you purchase fom a website they only cover shipping issues, but took my notes & provided information on where to research this issue since counterfeits out of China has been big lately. They are also trying to contact the seller to resolve. After further research thru the offiical UGG site I have found that this website is a known seller of counterfeit UGG boots. I only wish I had known that earlier and hope other people who had any issues like this with this seller would report it so that PayPal can also be aware.
