I got a car finance with them an never had a plate on my car and they want me to still make payment for a car i could'nt drive because i dont have plate on it

I bought a car that was finance through them a the cardealship went out of bussiness before get my plate i keep call them was they can get me another car because i had acar i couldn't drive an they want me to still make payment on a car could'nt drive an wasn't doing anything to help me get another car then i lose a child on jan. 2 and my payment was do on jan. 3 i call them to let them know my payment was going to be late because i was plannen my son furnel but i had there moneyorder an i was put it in the mail and they can repoled the on jan. 19 and i know they had got my payment and now i with out a car it hurt to know that they can be so low down at this time in my life when i just lose a child that was only 4month old an i was never late with a payment with them i 'll tell anyone dont let them finance a car for you they are a ripoff finance company and your balance never go down it stay the same they only finance 11,000 dollar an i give them 3879 in car note payment an it still at 11,000 they don't help your credit they ruined your credit so buyer beware!!!
