Business Services Online, LLC called us to promote a FREE one-year online advertising. They said they would mail us a packet for information on their services. If we are not satisfied, we can call within a year to cancel the service. We never got a packet from the mail. Within less than a month, they are charging us 39.95 through our phone bill (which was not disclosed). The sales person who called me also had a very thick accent which was very hard to understand. I had to ask him several times what it is he is calling about. The tape recording that they had on us was maybe 10% of the whole conversation. They could not even produce the part when I asked repeatedly what exactly it is they are selling and how much it was. The part when I had to be transferred to a supervisor to verify that it was a free service was also omitted. This company finally said that they would refund us the charge. But I still have to wait 30-60 days to see. I am not counting on it.
