Interior Design services, furniture placement, window treatments and acsessories was provides to Ms. Bellis on 2/10/09. After completing the project multipled invoices was sent to her to pay the balance, everytime I would call, email, text she would say the check is in the mail. After many monthes of going back and forth, she never paid for anything that was provided to enhance the interior apperance of her home. She did sign a contract before starting to work with hwe, and have all the before and after pictures, text messages she wrote and e-mails that was exchanged.
