Pretty simple, they tell you you will receice your refund in 1 or 2 days knowing full well it aint gonna hapen. Why, cause no one would use the service at the outrageous prices if they knew it was actually gonna be 8 to 15 days. You can file your own taxes online for much cheaper and get them in that amount of time. After using h and r for 20 years, this is my last year of using them and their bank.
