Wow! We were stunned to receive a packet of information from some 'avenging angel' detailing the activities - through official court records of Clark County, NV of THOMAS B. SMILEY III AND COMMONWEALTH INVESTMENTS AND DEVELOPMENT CORP., his company! Also included was information from consumer complaints on GINA LYNN AITKEN, a con artist with a long record, it seems.
To whoever sent it, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! Somehow the party sending us this information found out we were dealing with these two scum-suckers, who considered us their next prey. They have moved from Las Vegas to the San Diego area, and for good reason - Tom Smiley owes everyone money in Las Vegas and Gina is probably in trouble with the law. How can two perverts like this be able to get away with what they are doing and have done?
If you Google 'Gina Lynn Aitken" and consumer complaints, you can see for yourself what she and her husband John Aitken (who knows what happened to him?) were up to in Nevada. I checked the records and it looks like they lost their house in Henderson through a foreclosure after conning thousands of small investors in a home work scam. BEWARE OF SMILEY AND GINA LYNN-they are now in San Diego spinning their BS!!!
