Non payment Of Wages, Faulty/Illegal Equipment

I, am a resident in the state of Georgia... And worked for Canton Transport Inc.in Akron, Ohio which is owned by John Kocis, who pretends to be a company owner/president. And who has swindeled/bilked serveral employees out of there pay by the same methods he has done to me. I was suppose to be paid $1,000.00 awk pay which I have not seen any pay. That is the reason I quit his company.
I was verbally lied to about getting my wages and that I needed to open a checking account with his bank so I could be paid, but he would never send me down there to open an account. I have been told by him that my pay check was being processed by his bank and being sent to me, which has not happened.
The equipment he is running is not fit to be on the road, it's not even registared correctly with DOT / DMV. So any drivers wanting to drive for this company "beware".
