Ripoff ripoff deception

I ask the management of Garfield Commons (Amanda Pippin) to come out to fix a light bulb in March and they did not come to replace it until May. Another incident occurred when I called about a electrical panel that was missing a cover behind my building and they still haven't came out for that. I've called about my closet doors, my vent for my dryer, my walls need to be repainted with some better paint, and I was promised a new bathroom sink when i moved in.

The management company has been a pain since I've been here. I have ask for someone to plant some grass and paint the building but they always say that they will get to it.
If I can get some type of recognition for paying 705.00 a month rather than a bunch of bull than it would be a better place to live.
