Product not delivered

I requested the receiving stop at Wendyis about the 30.11.2009. For managing and shippment to Belgium they charged me $69.98. After putting the purchase I acquired info that shipping is likely to be completed between 15th - 31st of Dec. Obviously during putting the purchase there is info mentioned that item is on inventory and prepared to be delivered. After 4 times (therefore currently with wait) I acquired the cargo quantity - after which it ended up the shippement was completed through USPS and it is not trackable. The bundle has not appeared till today. It ended up that it had been delivered with no insurance (I actually did not have the choice to purchase the insurance - and really for that cost of almost 70 USD insurance ought to be incorporated!!!). The store charged me for that item that'snot been shipped and does not wish to return money. They don't reply my emails.
