Troy, a supposed freind of mine, contracted to do some repair work around my house. He came and did part of the work, then told me his daughter was in the hospital and asked me to pay him up front. I did, and never heard from him again. He never finished the work. He also never paid back a loan I gave him to help with his daughter's hospital stay. STAY FAR AWAY! This man is a con artist - I found out later he has done it to many other people, including other friends and family.
