For the past 2 wks I have been working w reps w att. I bought a phone less than a year ago and it has since failed. The screen is COMPLETELY out. I contacted att for a replacement phone 2 wks ago that I STILL have not received. I call everday to find the status out on the order and every time they tell me they cancelled it and they are ohhh so sorry for the service and that whatever is happening is UNACCEPTABLE. BUT yet they continue to jack me around and not send me a replacement phone. I have been w out a phone for 2 wks now. And this wk as I've been calling to get a Resolution, they are very RUDE to me and leave me on hold for 10 to 20 minutes (i imagine this is bc they are expecting or hoping that i will just hang up). I have lost all my patience with this company. I have placed 4 different Replacement Orders to date and have not received a thing from the company. When I call today I am going to REFUSE to pay this months bill because I have NOT HAD A PHONE to even use! Why should I have to pay for their Terrible Customer Service? ATT is incompetent and I hate that I switched over to them to be treated like this.
