The workouts itself are great. But they tops that the women wear should cover more. I am a married man with eyes only on one woman and the bending over workouts in yoga is a little ridiculous bc there whole boobs almost fall out of there shirt! Needs improvement... Sports bra is fine, but with a tank over it or something!!!
