Smart Savings Illegally used my debit card twice. I had never heard of them before bank statement

I have been charged twice, December and January, a fee of $9.95 from a company listed as BBV Discount Movie Sales, which I believe is connected to Hot Movie Sales and Smart Savings Center. I had never heard of them until I noticed the discrepancy on my bank statement. This forced me to terminate my debit card. Companies such as this should be put out of business and fined the most the law will allowed.
