Missleading Television Advertising

On November 30 I had seen yet another T.V. Advertisement regarding Extenze which claims it will make a man larger, while enhancing your sexual experience. I decided to order 2: Male and Female Extenze. When it arrived I tried it and there wasn't any response. My first assumption was that I was swindled, and as of today, it continues. I contacted customer service at Biotab Nutriceutical and explained that the product hadn't worked and that I wanted a refund. She adamantly tried to talk me into keeping it, as it may take weeks, or months to begin working. I responded that that wasn't mentioned anywhere in your T.V. Advertisements, and in fact seemed to me to be quite misleading. She finally agreed to allow me to return it (I had to pay shipping costs) and stated my money would be in my account in 3-5 days. That call was made on December 30. Still no refund. U.P.S. Picked up the first order on December 15, and it arrived at Biotab Nutriceutical and it was delivered and signed by Biotab NUtriceutical on December 21. The second package was picked up by U.P. S on December 17, and it arrived at Biotab Nutriceutical and it was delivered and signed by Biotab Nutriceutical on December 23. I made 3 more phone calls about my refund and they became rude and dismissive, while making excuses. On January 7 I decided to call once again, and asked for the supervisor, whose name is Nick. Although he wasn't rude he was uncaring and spoke in a "matter of fact tone". He argued with me a bit and eventually agreed to send to my account $102.00 either on January 7, or January 8. As of today, January 13, still no refund. He also claimed that Biotab N utriceutical sent out free samples prior to my original order, which I explained, I never received that. He insisted I had and became some what argumentative. I then replied that if I indeed received free samples, I never would have placed the order, because you see, IT DOESN'T WORK, or at least doesn't stand up to your advertising. HE then explained that since I opened the package that I purchased, and tried one, that he wouldn't refund the money on that package! My response was" what kind of business are you running here? Then I asked once again, when will I receive my refund? He basically said when we send it. It would seem to me that Biotab Nutriceutical/Extenze cares little for their customers, has misleading advertising, a product that didn't work for me and seems to refuse to give me my money back. If any one ever asks me about Biotab Nutriceutical/Extenze, I will be more than happy to share my thoughts with them. Oh, by the way, I went on Biotab Nutriceutical's web site, and no were could Extenze be found. It said something like no information on Extenze. Curious...
