Ripoff bank fraud

On 8/8/03 a company called Capitol Credit fruaduiently charged my bank. They used an automatic withdrawl to take $99.99 from my checking account. Then they did it again the same day.

I never authorized the transaction, nor even knew of the company's exestince. All that showed up on the bank statement was the phone number! -800-760-4045, and the name Capital Credit.

I submitted a dispute with my bank, and I am pursuing other legal actions.
