Scam

In November of my father was ripped off by two individuals claiming to be, "Mark and Andrew Stanley." In actuality their names are, "Thomas and George Stanley." Gov/GeneralInformation/Newsroom/PressReleases/PressReleasesNews20091008.Asp) They claimed to have left over blacktop from a previous job in the area, and that they'd give it to us cheaply. They were only supposed to do a small section, but ended up doing a shoddy job on a large section. They have been in and out of jail over the past couple years in various states. Any information you have on these individuals will be helpful. We're conducting an investigation with the Attorney General's office to hopefully recuperate some of our money, but in order to get a subpoena we need more people to file complaints.
