Carl H Frommann, Carl Frommann
Has neglected to pay child support for the last 19 years, except bail and income tax money. He quits any job he has no matter how much money he is making

Miscellaneous

I just don't understand how a man can be ordered to pay $48.00 a week in child support refusses to pay and Michigan FOC doesn't really help. Carl has been arrested maybe 3 times in 22 years. At a rate of $48. Per week ordered, he owes (according to NJ) $22,800.00. He must have missed a lot of weeks to owe that amount.

The last time he went to court a female judge gave him 2 weeks to come up with about $5,500. Or go to jail, then to start making weekly payments of $100. Or so. Well he paid nothing in the allotted 2 weeks, over the next few weeks made 2 payments of $50.00 each. It has been over 18 months and not a penny has come in, Carl has not been in court and he is working and making money, but none of it comes to his son.

Why is it that I have to work 3 jobs for my childs entire childhood so I can feed him and keep clothes on his back and Carl does what Carl wants and FOC allows this?

By doing the math one can see Carl has not paid childsupport for over 9 years worth of payments. Besides that the only payments that have ever come in since 1991 have been a few bail amounts and a 2 income tax checks.
