Yesterday-I finally got served by these clowns with court papers in small claims for a debt of $1,159.66 that apparently was incrued by use of a credit card that I have no knowledge of or about. They initially kept calling me and after I exploded on their dumb asses they quit-only to file a lawsuit later. They would never confirm who the original creditor was or for how much-last payment, etc, Not sure what to do other than crack him in the mouth when it goes to court. Any suggestions?
