A1 National Van Hire
Complaint

We booked a Mercedes Sprinter van for 9am delivery at 10 am it still hadnt arrived. When A1 were called and called and called etc we were put on hold and then told they couldnt get hold of the van driver. I demanded a refund and managed to get hold of another van by chance from someone else. They then called me to say thatthe van I was suppose to have was still on lease and thats why it didnt come. All in all cowboys spring to mind. I would expect to see a row of horses outside A1's office. My advice DONT USE THEM
