Overcharged on shipping

I placed three separate orders on the same day and received all three orders in a U.S. Postal priority mail box. This box is $8.00 mailed anywhere in the U.S.A. The box was mailed from hollywood florida to new jersey and i was charged $42.25. When i asked seller about this he told me it was because i voted for obama. I have no problem with the parts just this outrageous shipping charge also if you look at his e-bay feedback you will see a pattern of this shipping abuse. 21 negatives in one year.
