Card charges, product not received

I previously placed a comment, I ordered on 12/15/09 today is 1/8/10 still no boots, after reading everyone's comments would you say just decline the package? I realize they are fakes and I have added a comment from someone on their side when I comfronted them about these being fake

We don't advertise fake merchandise. The thing is, we get our materials from a direct supplier that is why we have a good quality yet affordable merchandise. If you are not satisfied with the product then you have the option to return it to us. You can also keep the item and we can give you a partial refund. It would really depend on your decision.
