Poor customer service/product

The Instyler Hair Curling Iron/Straightening Iron DOESN'T PERFORM!!! I requested the two at $14.99 to get a 30-time trial, that we didn't understand that it had been a trial. After I began viewing cash obtained from my consideration, I named, could not cope with. Today, to-date, they've obtained $182.86 from my bank account and that I eventually got through today plus they definitely refuse to return my cash since the "test" has ended and that I stated I've just utilized the merchandise onetime since it DOESN'T FUNCTION, they still decline. They have to be documented towards the BBB. The organization is just a total rip off! I actually feel like suing them.
