Selling Imitation UGG Boots —Illegal/Fraud

We ordered Black Tall UGG boots from this fraudulent company and when we received them, they were packed in a box from China, with no return address. These boots were obviously fake... There was no leather, different color fur on the inside, the bottoms were cheap plastic. We contacted the so-called company via email and below is what were told to do in order to get a refund. We also contacted UGG and they actually have a page on their site to detect counterfeit UGG boots, http://www.uggaustralia.com/retailStores/counterfeit. Aspx. Beware and do not do business with this company. Hopefully the information below is somewhat accurate and custom agents can do a raid and put these people out of business.

Below are the instructions for returning or exchanging your footwear, please be sure to read the *entire instructions carefully*. If you fail to follow the full procedure there can be delays in processing your refund or exchange.

*please note: all refunds and exchanges must be sent back within seven days of receiving the goods. We will check the tracking information of the package sent to you as well as the tracking information you provide on your return or exchange. If the time between exceeds seven days your package will be refused and it will be returned to you. *

1.) You do *NOT* need a RAN # if you follow these instructions exactly.

2.) The most affordable method of returning or exchanging footwear is through the United States Postal Service; however, you are free to choose whatever method you prefer.

3.) Packages *must* be returned packaged inside another box like they were received. You *CAN* use the same shipping box you received the footwear in.

4.) Please send the footwear to:

6.) When you ship the package it is necessary to receive tracking information or, if you elect NOT to purchase tracking, the Customs Label Number. The Customs Label Number is the number on the Customs form you fill out when sending the package.

When we receive your footwear, your refund will be processed within 24 hours. Failure to email us your Order ID #, as well as the tracking number or Customs Label Number, will result in delays processing your refund.

*If the package you are sending is for an exchange:* Please email us at sales@excellentboots.com with your Order ID #, as well as the tracking number, or Customs label Number from your shipment, and the item (as well as size) you would like to exchange your product for. When we receive your footwear, your exchange will be processed within 24 hours with the new tracking information emailed to you. Please note that for all exchanges, you authorize our company to charge you $12.00 for shipping for each pair of exchanged footwear.
