BSLR Enterprises, Inc. Got taken for money, never recieved order or could contact anyone

I placed an order for boots on the 10th of December. They charged my card on the 14th. I ordered them as a christmas gift. As Christmas approached I started e-mailing them and never recieved a response. I tried the phone #s on the web site and get no answer. They do nothing but ring. I believe this is what you would call a rip-off. How disappointed I am that we could all be taken by a web site that looks that reputable and displays the Geo Trust sign. What do we do now? I would like to see them punished. Any suggestions?
