Pib i was informed by letter that i had won a large amount of money

I recieved a letter from the prize infromation bureau on 01/02/10 informing me that i had won a large sum of money in the amount of 3,276, 450.00. I then looked into the company that sent me the letter and found on the internet that this company (pib) is a ripoff.in the letter it states to send $20.00 by cash, check, or money order for transfer fee. I feel that this is wrong and something should be done about it. I had my hopes up for recieving this money and i feel i should be compensated for this lie. The letter looks legite but it is not. I want something done about this big lie. If i have to hire a lawyer for this i will.
