Deceptive practices and ripoff

I saw a promotion for a trial program on the Internet, agreed to receive a bottle for trial never got any trial trim slim bottle, stead was charged, $ 165 dollars plus 19.99 plus 9.99 for a product that had not even bought or agree to buy.
Trying to contact this company on the phone, they pickup the phone made me wait for a long while and the line went dead, they did not pick up the phone following.
They do not have a physical address and a proper costumer service for promotion cancellations, they are hustlers and follow delinquent practices to entice victims and inflict damage hidden charges and by misinformation, hard to or non accessible for communication.
