Lok Ying Ha together with William Lok Go, Natalie Lok Go Ong of 8 Radish Street Valle Verde 5 Pasig Philippines are being arrested by NBI and accused of scamming homeowners. Police say Lok Ying Ha together with William Lok Go was being charged for the processing of fake real estate document.
Police said Lok Ying Ha together with William Lok Go are business partner.
Lok Ying Ha together with William Lok Go are now being charged with theft by swindle and faces a fine and up to 10 years in prison.
National Bureau of Investigation Crime Division police have arrested Lok Ying Ha together with William Lok Go of 8 Radish Street Valle Verde 5 Pasig Philippines for having allegedly deceiving Filipino and foreign investors and cheated them of large amount of Cash.

National Bureau of Investigation NBI commissioner, said Lok Ying Ha together with William Lok Go were arrested at 8 Radish Street Valle Verde 5 Pasig while deceiving foreigners to invest in real estate.

Police seized fake document, permit, and fake real estate document from Lok Ying Ha.

Information from the seized fake document and official reciept showed that they had deceived investor to invest over 17 million in fake firms.
