Can't get my refund

I ordered 2 laptops for my girls for Christmas from Dell. They were supposed to be delivered Dec 16... After tracking them on Fedex. I found out that they had been recalled BUT Dell had debited my acct. That was Dec 18. They finally credited my acct for one laptop on Dec 26 but have not refunded the other order. I had to go buy my girls laptops at Best Buy.

Help me! I am so upset by this... I feel I have been treated unfairly. If this was my fault I would not be so upset.

Please help me get my money back. I have called and called and called and can't get anyone to help me. I am always on hold and I am sick of holding.
