Shawn Peters New Unlicensed Timeshare Fraud Company and Fraud Scheme Affiliated with AMG Timeshares

Received a call from Shawn Peters of International IRS stating that his company had obtained my paid fee to AMG Timeshares from the Florida Dept of Agriculture who has investigated and closed down AMG Timeshares. His company already has another buyer who has paid all the money for my timeshare. Was I still interested in selling my Timeshare.

I asked him his name, address, Phone number and company name and spelling. He stated that all he needed from me was to give him a credit card or checking account number to open an account where he would deposit the proceeds of the sale once his company did the title search and contracts.

I contacted the Florida Dept. Of Agriculture and learned that neither Shawn Peters or International IRS is licenced to do business as a telemarketing company. Because this Shawn Peters knew personal information that only was given to AMG Timeshares by fax, this leads me to believe that Shawn Peters and his company must be affiliated with the same con artists that operated AMG Timeshares.

Do Not be fooled by anyone from International IRS. They are unlicensed and NOW have been reported to the Florida Dept. Of Agriculture and Consumer Services, soon to be investigated for their telemarketing scheme.

Anyone receiving a telemarketer's phone call should ask for the callers License Number which will start with TP and then the License Number of the company which will start with TC. If you get one of these numbers, contact the Florida Dept. Of Agriculture at 850-488-3022 to verify the licenese (s).
