I recently purchased a ham for our Christmas dinner. I asked salesperson to open the wrapping so I could view the ham and was told that they could no longer do this. So I bought the 10 pound ham sight unseen. When I got it home, I was very unhappy with the appearance of the ham. It was tough and loaded with fat. It perhaps fed 3 adults. Being unable to locate the sales receipt, I was told that I could not return it and exchange for another ham. I have bought these hams for many years. Not only holidays but, all year long. First time I have every been disapointed.
