I ordered a subscription to a quarterly magazine in November. To date (April 15th) have still not received an issue. After several phone calls and emails to Magazine City, also dealing with the Customer Service Supervisor, "Christine", and several promises to "look into it", still no resolution. I next spoke with the "Operations Manager" and asked to cancel the order and have my credit card reimbursed. To which she replied, "Done. Have a nice day" and then hung up on me. I then sent a follow up email to Customer Service reiterating that conversation, and asked for written confirmation that my credit card would be reimbursed. I'm still waiting. Do not deal with this company. Best case scenario, they have abominable customer service. Worst case scenario, they are a scam.
