Non receipt of order and no response from store

I placed an order for a box set DVD on Nov 28th. On Dec 2nd, I sent an e-mail to make sure that the order was received, and to find an estimated date of shipping. I was responded to in approx 2 hours, stating that I would receive the product in 16 days or less. Right before Christmas, I still had not received anything (although they were quick to take my PayPal payment). I sent another e-mail, and was not responded to. I sent another the next day, and also was not responded to. I went to go to their website, and it stated it was "Closed for maintenance". Hasn't been open since... We have all been ripped off. Good thing I used Pay Pal... Already have filed with them for non receipt of item ordered. How anyone could do this to people, at Christmastime is beyond me. I hope they find this person and prosecute him!
