I have been gettign catalogs from these rippp off artists for a long time and gutt feeling was to throw them away, but decided one day to order a scrolling message center sign for $29.00 item # g959247 took 4 weeks to travel a max of 20 miles from their factory to me I recieved my sign in mail box, opened box plugged it in and nothing happened veyr poor quality was obvious in product so emediately called customer service, they said they would send a replacement. That took another month to get the replacemant. I calledmultiple times to customer service no explanation but that they where very busy. Recieved my sing and the power cord was copletley severed on this one right out of the box (WOW QUALITY product alright. So I called and asked for a refund and they said they would need both items back beffore any refunds, so I followed their request and sent it all back.
