Bad Quality very poor product sold and not replacing nor refunding

Within the week of purchase, I have complaint about the noise which was coming out from the m/c assebly but best buy (#114 at fullerton, CA) manager said there is no problem with m/c. First time I got major problem when casset's cover was not closed, then I went to JVS Factory repair shop at "5665 Corporate Avenue, Cypress, CA", they have replaced part # YMA0025VCC/E: Mech Assembly & SP01: Consumable Parts for that repair jvc
charged me $135 as service charge, when I have used at home then I got the other problem while play, It was unable to play.

I went 2nd time to the same service center and given for the repair, this time they have changed part # YDV2086S (CX): Drum Final Assembly & YMA0025VCC/E: Mech Assembly.

Again when I have used the video camra and played then I got the third problem that was with sound. Camra was unable to record the sound. Then after this thrd problem I have called to the jvc customer support I have complaint about this particular product and requested to replace the product (comaplant # 8389), they have
assured that they will talk to the service agency and will see the replacement.

Then after their assurance I have talked to the service center they have also given the same kind of assurance, so I have given product to the service center again on 9th July.

Today on 12th july I got call from the jvc service center and they are saying that they have again repaired the product, but they can not replace. So I called to jvc customer support and told them about this (mean while from the date of complaint to today I didn't get call back from jvc head office). Their customer reps. Said in their worrenty there is no clause which says for the replacement of product. So jvc never replace this bad quality product.

I have spent 6 hourse to go and come back to their service center as well as at least 2 hours over the phone.

Please Look into the metter and try to take some action against bad quality of the jvc's product.
I have used bestbuys CrditCard to purchase this product.
