My TV blinked out and I called for repair. The repair guy arrived and quoted me a price. I was hesitant but he informed me that their company provides a guarantee on items they service. After a few days my TV was returned and worked fine for the initial 2 weeks but then resumed the same problem in a slightly worse sense. I called numerous times and finally was give an appointment that was not kept. I paid $450 and the TV is not repaired.
