On Friday 12-17-09 our residential providers were disconnected because of being one-bill behind (decreased to 1 revenue because of medical factors) and there is no notice provided. Today, I am aware the organization was inside their to do that, nevertheless, we settled the exceptional sum due and were informed that providers could be repaired probably that day, but certainly the following business day... Well, it's today Mon the 21st of Dec. And we still don't have any energy within our house! Each telephone call has produced another level of bullshit from their affiliates and wait techniques about how they're "so hectic" and reconnect providers within the "purchase that they're obtained". Your house is all-electric, nothing operates with no power-including our phone. We've no-heat (which during the night the temperature is below-freezing) we've no heated water, no refrigeration, no range use, and undoubtedly no lamps. This near to christmas, I can't think that this dishonest organization might actually remove people who are therefore hardly behind within their funds, much-less make sure they are delay 5 times before rebuilding their energy. We've been informed they have most of them to complete and that's why it's getting such a long time... They cannot "assure" a period when providers may be repaired. HOW inconsiderate?!? It requires planning and likely to take into account that extended without energy in your home plus they cannot actually attempt to provide a precise period or day much-less? They declare that they officially have 7 business days by which to displace solutions... I've bee not able to confirm this specific state. Am I alone that thinks that it appears as if they're attempting deliberately to wait restoring providers to be able to punish their clients to be overdue? Why otherwise might they are doing it? Has someone else has this encounter... I never had before and that I am shocked in the insufficient problem for the requirements. We require energy and it is almost christmas and we might or might not have it at that time. The corporation does not have an area workplace that's "prepared to cope with the general public"! Which kind of bullshit is the fact that? All we've is just a 800-number to contact and obtain the run around repeatedly again. We were behind, but we achieved their conditions, why wont they are doing the things they informed us they'd. I'll be calling the PUC tomorrow. Ideally we will get someplace there... I dislike the corporation.
