A friend recommended their manhattan hogie so I ordered it for the first time. When I started eating it it just didnt seem right so I called the restaurant to ask what all is supposed to be on that sandwich. The person who answered the phone said her name was Abby and told me what meats are supposed to be on it. I explained to her that there was only 2 slices of ham on it and that I had already ate half. Abby started being rude, speaking loud, being argumentative saying that I should not have eaten half the sandwich if I thought something was missing and that its my fault. Then she said if I order another one she will have them put extra meat on it and hung the phone up on me. I went to the restaurant with the other half of the sandwich to show her the that there was meat missing, she then said if you want another one I will go back there and watch them make it to make sure they put all the meat on it but Im not going to give you extra meat. I asked her why did she change her mind, she replied because how do I know you didnt take the meat off and eat it. I was floored, I couldnt believe how she was carrying on. She was again yelling in front of other customers and saying I've been burned before, people come in here saying stuff all the time and Im not believing nothing anymore. She was very nasty, just mean. I told her Im not those people, I tried to explain to her that I would not waste my gas coming here if this was not true and if she had not said I could order another one and get the meat that was missing from the first one. I asked her for the owners name and she said she is the manager and I can only deal with her.
