Ruined my AC system and wouldn't fix - Air Duct Cleaning

They came to do an advertised "$44" cleaning. Raised the price to $200 when they saw that my ducts were actually dirty. On top of that, AC didn't work after they left and they keep telling me they'll 'call me' to come take a look at it and never do. Beware.
