Couple a months ago before I got married I was shopping for limo services. I ended up booking Larrys private car because they gave me the best deal. I should have known better. I booked 2 limos with them. After 2 months of booking with them my wedding plans changed. I called to switch my services and they couldn't work with me. I told them I wanted to cancel in August. I asked for a Confirmation number and they said we dont provide numbers. I asked who I was speaking with and I wrote it down with the time and date I called. After I got back from my honeymoon I was charge for not cancelling when I did. I called the company I told them what was going on and they pass me through the "President" of the company.
Who I never spoke to before I explained the situation to him he said he would call me back, he took about 3 days. He claimed that he spoke to me before and he recalled my situation. I asked what was my situation he didnt have a clue. Now its December 13 I still havent receive my refund. They have been giving me the run around and he claimed I should have called the day before my wedding to confirm that I cancelled. I asked: why do you hire people to do the job if they are not doing it? I told him I spoke to Jason on August 4 at 8:35PM. He was surprise that I wrote everything down but till this day I am trying to get my money back. They are not good business people. They are stealing peoples money to get ahead in this economy. I dont want anybody to get rob like I have been. Please beware!!!
