Non-existent, one man show, unresponsive, rude, con

After waiting 4 weeks for my order to arrive, I emailed the company three times without any response.
I proceeded to call the company: first attempt I received a message that the mailbox was full and to call during business hours (which it was). Second attempt, no answer. Third attempt, after 8 rings a man answered who sounded like he was sleeping. He said, "the shipping department is closed and he will get back to me." I'm still waiting for his call.
Apparently they charge your credit card, but don't deliver the product. The company's hours indicate PST (Pacific), yet the address I received on an advertisement indicates a NY address.
Their prices are extremely low which is the big draw.
