Installed switch for fan-did not work sugessed new furnace

11/29/09 ed installed new fan switch for furnace, paid $225.00 for parts & labor. Called ed back 11/29/09 because left unit open & left tool. Called ed back 11/30/09 heaid he would be there 8:00 am 12/01/09 to check out, unit not functioning, blowing cold air. Ed said we need to replace with new furnace, he gave us brochures of new units. We called sears, came out 12/02/09 they said fan switch wires were installed incorrectly. Repaired using city express switch fan, but correcting wires. Had to pay additional 197.00. Called ed each day since installationregarding refund or part of refund/no response to date, each time call back or failure to return our call...
