I never travel through NJ but on August 22nd left in the evening to go to Atlantic City and arrived early morning. I paid every toll along the way mostly by depositing money in the exact change baskets and one or two by an attendant. Every time I waited for the light to then turn green and proceed. For some reason I've gotten hit with 6 non-pay violations totally $150.00. I call and protested to with no success. Please is if someone would let me know if there is a class action suit against NJ EZ Pass I would love to know and participate.
