Ashley credit predatory deal violaters - citifinancial Ashley credit

Ashley gave me credit through citifinancial 0% for 3 years and no charges, but even though I set up my online banking to do automatic payments a week prior to my due date I was unable to keep my 0% due to Ashley and Citi's tendency to move the due dates up a day each month. So because I don't get my mail but once every two weeks and they don't send their statements until a day or two before they are due, I didn't realize they were doing this. So I have lost my 0% deal and I am dealing with them charging me late payments becuase I now have no idea what my costs will be each month due to their late fees fluctuation and not knowing what they are doing. I get automated calls saying I am out of compliance no matter what I do. My only hope is to re finance this awful non quality furniture becuase the furniture I got wasn't made with the same materials the furniture in the show room was. I wan't my credit deal back a stable due date, reimbursement of late fees, early statements and parts to fix this furniture or replacement at their cost not mine. Ha ha..
