Claimyourvisacards.com I sent in Oct. Receipts and have called and put on hold for over 1 hour 3 times and think I have been scammed

I was contacted by a sales person from Cause Marketing Solutions in Sept. 2009 at my place of work in Oakland County Michigan to purchase a gas and grocery rebate forms at a cost of $25.00 to buy into the program. I had to send copy of D.L. And a check for $9.95 to register. I did as instructed.
I sent in Oct. 2009 receipts and have heard nothing. I have tried calling several times and am put on hold for next available operator. I end up hanging up after 1 hour on hold. Not a free call at 815-741-3900. I don't know where to turn at this point. Michigan attorney general is my thought.
