I received a notice declaring from Breakthrough Business that I've a notice that disappointment to meet up next cost can lead to my purchase being submitted to some skilled selection company for that quantity of $ 119.88

I've never heard about the corporation so that as a matteroffact for that previous 6 mons I've been used out to ocean. I tried calling this quantity 800-340-2457 no body responded and also the answering machine picked up, I simply put up.

Might this be considered a fraud? Like I said I'm within the military and was used to ocean. Can somebody confirm this is just a fraud. Thanks.
