Wells Fargo Home Mortgage
Will not apply payment

On April 7 I obtained a notice by certified email from Wells Fargo Mortgage, (Tackle on notice - WELLS FARGO HOME LOAN - P.O. BOX 9039 TEMECULA, CA 92589-9039.) We're conscious that people were per month behind on our Mortgage (or must I state incomplete payment behind.) The notice mentioned that people were in standard which if we didn't spend the quantity outlined within the notice by May 5 they'll increase the mortgage, and begin the foreclosure procedure. The total amount outlined was $2,251.39 this quantity divided was — $341.00 (the remaining of the cost for March - $600.00 had been already compensated) $907.54 for that month of May (mentioned due over the following thirty days) and $907.53 (for that month of MIGHT - NOT DUE HOWEVER!) $95.00 added on for ("OTHER EXPENSES" - not revealed exactly what the charges are for - simply "ADDITIONAL CHARGES." best suppose this can be a charge due to their intended push by examination of the home, nobody actually involves the doorway, or leaves something stating these were below, or went by, should you contact customer support, and face them about it they simply claim they "WENT BY" and finish on the charge for this.) We'd previously settled the $600.00 of our $907.53 cost for March, on April 3 - due also economy and reduced hours at the office. This cost was instantly obtained by Wells Fargo Home Mtg. And ALTHOUGH NOT put towards the payment of the mortgage, but rather put aside in a "SUSPENSE ACCOUNT." on April 10 we settled the remaining of the March cost, within the quantity of $342.00 (this involved rest due and overdue charge, the cash was driven from our checking account with a teller in a department WF Lender, and also the payment designed to the Mortgage consideration instantly from the same teller.) Wells Fargo Home Mtg. Again approved this cost aswell, but instantly put in the exact same SUSPENSE ACCOUNT - and DIDN'T! Utilize the quantity to the mortgage for cost for that month of Goal which may have just created people owing for that Month of May that will be currently presently due, and you will be compensated inside the month. Alternatively they're placing the payment within the "SUSPENSE ACCOUNT" - NOT IMPLEMENTING it towards the cost, and declaring that people continue to be in standard of course if the quantity isn't compensated stability being $1,309.39 by May 5. They'll increase the notice and begin foreclosure procedure. I think it is difficult to think they are able to deliberately maintain these resources not utilize them towards the mortgage, after which last with foreclosure documents for standard or nonpayment. Personally I think Wells Fargo Mortgage calls excessively aswell once they contact my house, they contact 3,4, 5,6 occasions each day, phone during hours that I'm at the office, NOBODY IS HERE NOW!, NOR! Keep a note. 1 telephone call is sufficient, and ABANDON A NOTE for pete sakes!
